At SkillToPro, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refund requests.
Course and Program Purchases
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For individual course purchases, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You must have completed less than 25% of the course content
- You must provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
Eligibility Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- You have completed more than 25% of the course content
- You have downloaded significant course materials or resources
- You have earned a course completion certificate
- The course was purchased as part of a bundle or package deal
- The course was accessed through a subscription plan
- The course was purchased on discount
Subscription Plans
- Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles
- Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscription plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- Refund amount will be calculated based on the standard monthly rate for the time the subscription was active
- Enterprise Purchases
Refunds for enterprise purchases are governed by the terms of the enterprise agreement. Please refer to your specific agreement or contact your account manager for details.
Special Promotions and Discounted Purchases
Courses or programs purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion may have modified or limited refund eligibility. Any exceptions to our standard refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or complete a course:
- Report the issue to our technical support team immediately
- Our team will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or extension, evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Log in to your SkillToPro account
- Navigate to “Purchase History” in your account settings
- Select the course or program for which you are requesting a refund
- Complete the refund request form, providing all required information
- Submit your request

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue the refund as account credit or through an alternative method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution
Currency and Processing Fees
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase
- Any currency conversion fees or fluctuations are not covered by SkillToPro
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
