These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SkillToPro website, mobile application, and learning platform (collectively, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.
1. Account Registration and Security
- Account Creation: To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
- Age Restrictions: The Platform is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.
2. Course Enrollment and Access:
- Course Enrollment: When you enroll in a course or program, you gain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and participate in the educational content provided within that course or program.
- Access Period: Access to courses and programs may be limited to a specific period as indicated at the time of enrollment. After this period expires, your access to the course materials may be restricted or terminated.
- Enterprise Access: If you access the Platform through an employer or organization, your access may be subject to additional terms established by that organization and may be terminated if your relationship with that organization ends.
3. Payment Terms:
- Pricing: All prices for courses, programs, and subscriptions are listed in the currency specified on the Platform and are subject to change. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to any terms and conditions imposed by the payment processor.
- Subscription Billing: For subscription services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Taxes: Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and similar charges associated with your purchase.
4. Intellectual Property Rights:
- Platform Content: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and course materials, is the property of SkillToPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- License to Use: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Share your account or course access with others
- Record, reproduce, or distribute course materials
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (e.g., forum posts, assignments, projects). By submitting content, you grant SkillToPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with providing and promoting the Platform.
5. Code of Conduct:
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
Using the Platform to distribute malware or other harmful code
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or diminishes the quality of the Platform
Community Guidelines: When participating in community forums, discussions, or collaborative activities, you agree to:
Be respectful and constructive in your communications
Refrain from posting spam or promotional content
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others
Follow any additional guidelines specific to particular community areas
6. Termination:
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform or contacting customer support.
- Termination by SkillToPro: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We do not guarantee that the educational content will meet your requirements or expectations or that it will lead to any particular outcome, including employment or certification.Limitation of Liability:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILLTOPRO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
8. Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkillToPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent, but we may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
