By enrolling in any of our training programs, consulting services, or utilizing our technological solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Our learning mode is highly experiential, featuring lab-based exercises, real-world simulations, and mentorship from industry experts. We cover critical aspects of Cybersecurity, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, Identity and Access Management (IAM), IT Audits, and more. We aim to ensure you gain the skills and globally recognized certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001, and others, to meet the highest industry standards.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment: Enrollment in any SkilltoPro program is subject to availability and acceptance by SkilltoPro. SkilltoPro reserves the right to refuse enrollment for any reason.
  • Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the enrollment process.
  • Installment Plans: If installment plans are offered, a written agreement outlining the payment schedule and any associated terms will be provided. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension or termination of your enrollment.
  • Late Payment: Late payments may incur a late fee as specified by SkilltoPro.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Student:
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
    • Refund policies will vary based on the program and the timing of the cancellation. Specific refund details will be provided at the time of enrollment.
    • SkilltoPro reserves the right to retain a portion of the fees to cover administrative costs.
  • Cancellation by SkilltoPro:
    • SkilltoPro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • In the event of cancellation by SkilltoPro, a full refund will be issued, or the student may opt to transfer to a future program.

5. Program Content and Delivery

  • Program Content: SkilltoPro reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, and instructors as necessary to ensure the highest quality of training.
  • Intellectual Property: All program materials, including but not limited to course content, presentations, and lab exercises, are the intellectual property of SkilltoPro and are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without express written permission is prohibited.
  • Access to Resources: Access to online platforms, lab environments, and other resources is provided for the duration of the program. Unauthorized access or misuse of these resources is strictly prohibited.

6. Certification and Examination

  • Certification: SkilltoPro provides training designed to prepare students for industry certifications. However, passing certification exams is not guaranteed.
  • Examination Fees: Examination fees are typically separate from program fees and are the responsibility of the student unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • Eligibility: Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements for certification exams.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions with SkilltoPro staff, instructors, and fellow students.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of enrollment. Academic honesty is required. Plagiarism or cheating will not be tolerated.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

  • SkilltoPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in its programs.
  • While SkilltoPro strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of program content.
  • SkilltoPro does not guarantee employment or career advancement as a result of completing its programs. SkilltoPro does not take responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen during training programs.

9. Consulting Services and Technological Solutions

  • Specific terms and conditions for consulting services and technological solutions will be outlined in separate agreements.
  • Confidentiality agreements will be in place to protect sensitive information.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • SkilltoPro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the SkilltoPro website and will be effective immediately.
  • Continued participation in SkilltoPro programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SkilltoPro is registered.
